If you’re looking for a good-looking companion… then Garboso is the right choice for you. Our 7-year-old PRE gelding with full ANCEE papers is a real cuddly sweetheart who’s also very willing to work. Garboso loves groundwork and has a super quick grasp when it comes to learning new things from the ground. He loves going out into the countryside, whether alone or with other horses. He also cuts a fine figure in the dressage arena.
He’s very comfortable in the seat, as befits a Spanish horse, has three solid basic gaits, and is super easy to handle.
Garboso is familiar with the paddock box, but also with herd management in an open stable. There, he’s currently with three other geldings in a herd on a large paddock with a shelter. He’s very easy to lead from the paddock and prepare in the stable. He’s higher up in the hierarchy, so he doesn’t let anyone take the butter off his bread. A blacksmith, dentist, osteopath, and veterinarian pose no problems. He is also easy to load and travels well in a trailer or on a transporter.
We are looking for a nice home with a family for this precious horse. He loves to bond with someone and then gives everything his horsey heart has to offer.
Garboso is by Jardinero Sinia, from the Sa Sinia stud farm near Manacor. He stands at 1.67 cm tall.
We ride him with and without a bit – he is familiar with both.
